Think This $hit Would Go On Under Trump? I Don't!

Folks...

(*CLENCHING MY JAW*)

I'm a Cruz guy.

I also applaud Rand Paul for many of his positions.

But I've gotta be honest...

(*PAUSE*)

Do politicians have it in them to do what needs to be done to save our country?

Read - and ponder - this newsbite.

And then...

(*BITING MY LIP*)

Just IMAGINE President Donald Trump's reaction... and response... to this level of governmental malpractice.

Just... IMAGINE...

A man walked out of a psychiatric waiting room and threw himself from a parking deck at a Philadelphia facility with a long history of inadequate care.

* NOT JUST ANY MAN...

(*PURSED LIPS*)

A disabled veteran seeking psychiatric treatment walked out of a waiting room at the Veteran Affairs medical center in Philadelphia and jumped to his death from its parking garage Thursday morning.

(*SILENCE*)

Spokesperson Fern Billet would not confirm or deny a suicide, but said a death that occurred there this morning was still under investigation. Authorities on scene would only confirm that the subject was a 5’7” white male. The incident is being investigated by the VA police department because it occurred on federal property.

* WHY IS THERE A "SPOKESPERSON" ON THE TAXPAYER PAYROLL? WHY CAN'T THE HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR SPEAK FOR HIMSELF (OR HERSELF)?

According to a witness, the man fell from the parking deck roof and struck a utility building with such force that it knocked the decedent’s shoes from his feet before his body hit the ground.

The witness said he identified the victim, who police at the medical center would not name, by a distinct backpack the man was wearing.

The body was quickly taken from the scene, said the witness, which was swarming with VA police, other uniformed federal agents, as well as a “bunch of guys in suits.”

The area was still cordoned with police tape at 6:00 PM, but no one was on the scene.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported in April how a VA probe found that “of all the VA regional offices, ‘Philadelphia is clearly the most problematic’” and that within it “there is such fear of reprisal, and fear from the employees who I believe are trying to do a good job,” according to Assistant Inspector General Linda Halliday.

* "PROBLEMATIC?" UH-HUH...

* FOLKS... I'M GONNA BITE MY TONGUE HERE BEFORE I WRITE SOMETHING THAT COULD GET ME ARRESTED.

(*SILENCE*)

During hearings the first week of November for a joint Congressional investigation into VA services and contracting practices, Halliday as well as the head of the Wilmington Veterans Office repeatedly invoked their Fifth Amendment right...

* AGAIN... NOT GONNA WRITE DOWN WHAT I'M THINKING...

...regarding questions about an “alleged scheme to get herself assigned to the job with less responsibility, the same pay, and a cost to the government of nearly $300,000 in relocation expenses.”

(*GNASHING MY TEETH*)

* OBAMA HAS BEEN PRESIDENT FOR NEARLY SEVEN YEARS. THESE ARE HIS PEOPLE. THIS IS UNDER HIS WATCH. (AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT THE SCUM IN CONGRESS...)

In July, a Philadelphia VA psychiatrist told a veteran on Facebook “off yourself, please.”

* NOTICE... "A VA PSYCHIATRIST"... NOT... "A FORMER VA PSYCHIATRIST." (DOESN'T THAT TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW?)

From 1994 to 2004, according to the Center for Investigative Reporting, the agency paid over $200 million in wrongful death claims to nearly 1,000 grieving families, including 36 in Pennsylvania, among them “decorated Iraq war veterans who killed themselves after being turned away from mental health treatment.”

* AND "VIOLENCE ISN'T THE ANSWER?" REALLY...?
