Billsagna! Mangia!



Folks… you too can eat like Bill!

Introducing...

BILLSANGNA!

So... I had leftover Stromboli and Chicken Parmesan (w/vodka sauce) pizza...

And leftover ham and salami.

(*NOD*)

And of course...

(*PAUSE*)

Cheeses.

(Many, many cheeses...)

ANYWAY...

I diced up the Stromboli and pizza... added in (diced) ham and salami...

Added a can (drained) of diced (seasoned) tomato...

(Folks? Can we just all agree that I am to the Kitchen what GOD is to... CREATION?)

ANYWAY...

Sprinkled a little shake-shake cheese...

(Parmesan & Romano)

Crumbled in some Asiago...

(Yes! I do LOVE my Asiago!)

Diced up some extra sharp cheddar and some mozzarella - threw that in...

(Told ya "MANY Cheeses!")

Chopped up some broccoli... threw that in...

Antioxidants, folks... healthy stuff...! (Plus... I just like the color green!) (Oh... and the "crunch factor!")

Mixed in a couple heaping wooden spoonfuls of Ricotta...

(*SMILE*)

OH... and almost forgot... also mixed in a pound of pre-made mac & cheese...

(Don't be a hater! Expand your culinary horizons! IT'S... FRIGGIN'... GOOD...!!!)

Stir... stir... stir...

Mix... mix... mix...

"Pour" the mixture into a 9X13 baking pan...

Bake... (350-degrees... say 35-40 minutes... perhaps "finish" with a couple minutes of broiling...)

Folks.. it was awesome!

If only the Poops liked olives I would have added green and black olives to the recipe... but... alas...

(*SHRUG*)
