December 2, 2017 - National Day in my beloved UAE!

I'm STILL as prolific as every, folks! Only... I'm prolific on FACEBOOK.

In the meantime... just to recap the year... it's been a GOOD YEAR!

Plenty of work... and plenty of play! (As you all know... I excel at LEISURE!)

Mary and I were in Vermont a few weeks back...

Our spring getaway was North Carolina - combining "Baby Ian's" first birthday with a few days at the Biltmore in "Beer City USA" - Ashville, NC. (Just lovely...)

In exactly a week from today - next Saturday, Dec. 9 - Mary and I will be at JFK awaiting the 2 p.m. (hopefully!) departure of our DIRECT flight to Abu Dhabi!

Yep... another WONDERFUL Christmas with Kim and Shaky in my beloved UAE!

Anyway... that's it. Just "keeping the blog on life support."

It's a new year... and a S-A-V-E-D America!

In three more days... (*SIGHING IN CONTENTMENT*)... Donald J. Trump is going to be sworn in as America's 45th Chief Executive... Chief of State... and PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!

So... where have I been? On Facebook! It's just... easier... and I reach more people there.

(*SHRUG*)

I last posted here on October 21, 2016.

Since then Mary and I went on a KICK-ASS vacation... 13 days in Germany, Hungary, Austria, and the Czech Republic!

A FRIGGIN' BEER CRUISE...!!!

The Budapest Intercontinental... the Avalon Illumination... and the Prague Hilton Old Town!

Woo-hoo...!!!

For posterity... we departed out of EWR on ELECTION DAY... November 8, 2016... (AFTER VOTING, OF COURSE!) And we arrived into Munich at 7:30 a.m. local time to find that... 

(*DRUM ROLL*)

DONALD J. TRUMP HAD WON THE PRESIDENCY...!!!

Folks... every day from the moment on has been a GREAT day!

Kim was home over Christmas...

Mary and I spent New Years at Colleen and Kenny's...

Hank (my Inferno Red Dodge Charger RT) got "his" scheduled transmission service and differential fluid change last week and is running like the champ "he" is...

LIFE... IS... GOOD...!!!

Not sure how often I'll be blogging from... er... my blog here...
