Weekend Newsbites: Sat. & Sun., Nov. 28 & 29, 2015

I swear to God... these holidays are gonna kill me...

Thanksgiving eating/drinking fest followed by Friday at the Old '76 House... another eating/drinking fest - with music by the incomparable Shirley Crabbe!

Great food; great music! (Thanks to Paul the bassist, Dave on the ivories, and that "special guest" who blew us all away with his violin accompaniment!)

And now... both Saturday and Sunday still lay ahead! (Gym at 11:45 a.m.; Zumba!)

Enjoy the newsbites... found in the Comments Section!

Police in Macedonia fired tear gas and stun grenades at desperate migrants stranded for days at the Greek border and who are demanding passage to western Europe, as soldiers began erecting a metal fence to keep them out.

Macedonia, along with other Balkan countries on the migrant route, began turning away "economic migrants" nearly two weeks ago.
