I haven’t seen the recently released Benghazi movie yet,
but my anger - yes, anger- at what happened, and failed to happen there, has
yet to ebb.
I, along with millions of other patriotic Americans, will
never forget what happened in Benghazi, despite the best efforts of the
far-left and activist media to wish away the memories of the dead.
Sean Smith, Chris Stevens, Ty Woods, and Glen Doherty
died in Benghazi, and the sad and simple fact is that nothing was done to save
them and we still don’t have the answers as to why.
I spent twelve years serving as a special agent with the
United States Secret Service and I was a member of countless international
security advance teams.
I designed, and helped design, numerous multi-faceted and
layered security plans for our President and other dignitaries while on foreign
soil. I NEVER recall being part of a plan that included the stipulation,
“implement this evacuation and security plan only when you definitively know
the details surrounding the attack.” The excuses the Obama administration
continues to make for leaving our men to die in Benghazi never address this
critical issue.

The Diplomatic Security Service special agents on the
ground in Benghazi charged with the security for Ambassador Chris Stevens and
the Benghazi compound operate using protocols similar to the security protocols
we used in the Secret Service. These are well-trained and competent security
professionals who are experts at designing evacuation plans for “what if”
scenarios. I am confident they had a plan for the “what if the special mission
complex in Benghazi is attacked” scenario. This fact creates a series of
extremely uncomfortable questions for Obama administration apologists and
Clinton acolytes who care little about the memories of the fallen, and more about
containing the negative politics of their Benghazi failures.

One of the sorry excuses I’ve seen from defenders of the
Obama administration is that there was no response to the Benghazi attacks
because the situation on the ground was uncertain, and there was no time to
react. This is ridiculous.
HOLY CHRIST! KEEP READING! THE GUY IS GONNA MAKE
"THE BARKER ARGUMENT!"
Let’s replace Ambassador Stevens with Hillary Clinton for
a moment. Do you really believe that if the Secretary of State at the time,
Hillary Clinton, was caught in the middle of a small arms terror attack under
similar circumstances, anywhere in Libya, that the response from the
decision-makers in Washington D.C. would have been to stand down because
there’s “no time,” or to “wait for more information to come in?"
Of course not.

BONGINO IS THE ONLY GUY WHO HAS EVER ECHOED MY COMMON-SENSE "BARKER
SCENARIO" QUESTION/COMMENTARY!
Our brave military, intelligence, and federal law
enforcement personnel, who are critical components of international security
response planning, fully understand that responding to an international attack
on U.S. personnel under the fog of danger, uncertainty, and severe time
constraints, is the cost of engaging in the valorous business in which they
chose to participate. Knowing this, and having been a part of plans such as
this, it’s clear to me that the decision-making choke point was political, not
tactical.

How do the political types involved in the failed
Benghazi decision-making chain live with themselves knowing all of this?
* I DON'T KNOW; I TRULY DON'T. ESPECIALLY PATRAEUS?!
AND... EVEN PANETTA?! (HILLARY? OBAMA? THEM I COULD SEE COLDLY SACRIFICING OUR
PEOPLE FOR POLITICAL GAIN...) (YES, FOLKS... THE ELECTION WAS COMING UP... AND
SUPPOSEDLY OBAMA AND CLINTON HAD "DEFEATED TERRORISM"... "TAKEN
OUT A DICTATOR - GHADAFI"... AND OF COURSE... "KILLED OSAMA BIN
LADEN."

* A TERRORIST ATTACK - A SUCCESSFUL ONE - DIDN'T "FOLLOW
THE SCRIPT... FOLLOW THE CAMPAIGN NARRATIVE"... THUS... THE "IT WAS
ALL ABOUT A VIDEO" LIES.
Do they ever ask themselves how frightened they would be
if they were cornered by a heavily armed group of terrorists? How scared would
they be if they were staring near-certain death in the face, while
morally-corrupted DC decision-makers searched and searched for any excuse to
NOT do something to save them?

The far-left and a number of elitist media-types are
hoping that we forget about this. But, we will never forget about Benghazi
because the failure to act and try to save the lives of the Benghazi heroes
represents everything this country is not.
We will never forget about it because forgetting about
Benghazi means we all become accomplices in allowing it to happen again in the
future.
