Just a Few Questions and Observations

So... the Boston Bombings occurred on Monday... right?

It's now Friday.

Remember all the initial media reports concerning the "20-25 victims who lost limbs"...?

Well... what ever happened? One would think by now we'd have a count? Indeed, I would think with the saturation news coverage that nine out of ten of us would be able to answer the following question: "How many of the Boston Bombings victims lost limbs?"

Anyone have an official number... anyone at all... four days after the bombings...???

(*SHRUG*)

So... next... back to the immigration status of the presumed bombers...

Breaking News:

"Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who nevertheless could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat."

(*SHRUG*)

Finally... just to remind folks that while comparing tragedies isn't simply a "game of numbers," the simple fact is that for most Americans the media sets the agenda and... well... that ain't always healthy for the country or "We the People."

Sixty of our fellow Americans are still "missing" in West, Texas according to today's MSNBC News.
