If you didn't read yesterday's (Thursday's) newsbites, I ask that you head over there now and read the first newsbite... and the last newsbite (which is actually a Three-Parter).

Listen... folks... I know that at a bare minimum somewhere between 40%-46% of the electorate is gonna pull the lever for Obama come November.

I'm hoping and praying Obama loses - big - not only for the sake of the country and our children and grandchildren, but also because I desperately need some sign that the majority of my fellow countrymen "get" what's been going on and rebel against it.

The lies... the deceit... the misrepresentations and manipulations... I can't bear to think that Obama, the Democrats, and the mainstream media will convince a majority of Americans that Obama deserves a second term.

Romney? You folks know my views on Romney.

The Republican Establishment? You folks know my views on the Republican Establishment!

Folks... this isn't a partisan plea to vote for Romney. God knows this blog isn't about being "a loyal Republican" or even "loyal conservative" as most Republicans understand (or rather misunderstand) true American conservatism.

No. I'm begging people to read my blog so as to be aware of the facts as I do my best to present them to you.

Yes... there's always room to debate the facts (should alternate facts exist) and certainly always room to debate my analysis. Here's the deal, though - and my regular readers can attest to this: I don't manipulate the facts to fit in with my analysis. Nor do allow my "allies" on the Right to do so. In fact, in certain ways I'm harder on "my own side" than I am on the Left because when some writer or speaker, pundit or politician, on the Right tries to pull a fast one... I view this a violation of a code I hold myself to and expect my "allies" to follow as well.

Yes... a skillful and unprincipled statistician can "fix" the numbers to say anything he wants them to say. But that's not me, folks! I call 'em as I see 'em and I strive to see 'em as clearly as possible stripped of all the bullshit!

Please continue "spreading the word."

Human nature being what it is, huge swaths of the American electorate are "locked in" as either Obama voters or Romney voters. To them it doesn't matter what new evidence is presented to them... fact and fiction are relative terms assigned to one candidate or party regardless of ultimate truth.

But for people who can be swayed by facts and logical analysis... perhaps being exposed to my blog and my newsbites will make the difference between voting on feeling vs. voting on fact.
