So... I'm reading this morning's Federal News Radio (1500 A.M.) digest and after reading one story (See: Today's Newsbite # 2) on the back and forth in the Senate over Defense funding I run across a related story titled "Senate Gives Green Light to Pentagon Green Energy."
Thing is... not all of the "Green Energy" story concerned "green energy."
Nope...
From the 14 paragraph story... from paragraph 14 in fact... here's a little "tidbit"... an "afterthought"...
The Senate bill extends, for one year, the divisive provisions on the handling of suspected terrorists that snagged the legislation last year. The legislation would deny terror suspects, including U.S. citizens seized within the nation's borders, the right to trial and subject them to indefinite detention. It also would require military custody for foreign terrorist suspects linked to al-Qaida or its affiliates and involved in plotting against or attacking the United States.

Can someone point to the Constitutional Amendment which repealed Amendments 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Bill of Rights... of the Constitution of the United States?
How'bout Amendments 14 and 15... when exactly were they superseded - made null and void...?
Is there some secret "28th Amendment" of which I'm unaware... of which only the President, Vice President, Members of the House and Senate, and Supreme Court Justices are aware of?
My friends... we are not living in "America." Not "America" the Constitutional Republic under Rule of Law.
You may continue to tell yourselves otherwise... but each day I provide the evidence to buttress my case.
