Make no mistake. She’s not quite the far-left neo-hippie President Obama is, but Hillary Clinton is not far behind him in her determination to drive this country toward a government-dominated paradise run by people like her who know what’s best for us and despise the views of the dissenters.

* AND MAKE NO MISTAKE... OBAMA ISN'T A NEO-HIPPIE. HE'S A FAR LEFT RABBLE ROUSER WITH A GOD COMPLEX!

Hillary cares deeply about something, if she "knows" it to be true, if her opponents’ policies seem to be harmful to people – particularly the children – then to disagree is not just wrong, it’s evil. And evil cannot be permitted.

Speaking Tuesday at a CNN “town hall” event, Clinton illustrated this outlook and her hostility to two essential principles of U.S. democracy: free speech, and the protection of minority rights. (Not to mention the Second Amendment!)

"I think as a teacher or really any parent, what’s been happening with these school shootings should cause everybody to just think hard. I believe that we need a more thoughtful conversation. We cannot let a minority of people — and that’s what it is, it is a minority of people — hold a viewpoint that terrorizes the majority of people."

So... she wants a “thoughtful” conversation; one that disallows a viewpoint (NOT TO MENTION ARTICLE TWO OF THE CONSTITUTION'S BILL OF RIGHTS!) because it’s “terrorizing” others.

* BTW... IS CLINTON NOWADAYS SELF-IDENTIFYING AS A TEACHER...???

There are certain people who could never utter a sentence, even by mistake (which this was not, btw) that calls for forbidding a group of people from holding even viewpoint.

There are others who can indeed say someone must not hold an opinion. And these are the kind of people, like President Obama and like Hillary, who are willing to squash it.

* AND FOLKS... YOU'D BETTER UNDERSTAND THIS! AND IF IT DOESN'T MAKE YOU SICK... THEN YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!

This country was founded on the principle freedom of speech. Nothing is more sacrosanct.

* ARTICLE ONE - BILL OF RIGHTS!

And while this is a nation of majority rule, it is also one established to protect minority views. That’s actually the bedrock of free speech.

* OR SO IT USED TO BE...

President Thomas Jefferson said in his first inaugural address: "All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will, to be rightful, must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal laws must protect, and to violate which would be oppression."

* ABOUT THAT "THE WILL OF THE MAJORITY IS IN ALL CASES TO PREVAIL... JEFFERSON WAS TALKING "IN ALL CASES WHERE GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED LIBERTIES ARE NOT VIOLATED!"

Oppression is the instinctual desire of modern liberals.

A Health and Human Services official refused to allow a member of Congress to enter a facility in his district where some of the unaccompanied immigrant children are being housed.

* BY WHAT AUTHORITY...?!?!

* ARTICLE ONE, SECTION 6; CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES:

"The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place."

Representative Jim Bridenstine (R., Okla.) was told he could schedule an appointment for July 21. ““What are they trying to hide?” Bridenstine said after the incident. ”Do they not want the children to speak with Members of Congress? As a Navy pilot, I have been involved in operations countering illicit human trafficking. I would like to know to whom these children are being released.”

There are 1,200 immigrant children at the base. Bridenstine’s office explained that HHS releases the children to a “sponsor” in the United States. The congressman said that a security guard at the Fort Sill, Okla., facility refused to let him enter the barracks without HHS approval even though he is a member of Congress.

* AGAIN... UNDER WHAT LAWFUL AUTHORITY?

“There is no excuse for denying a Federal Representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held,” Bridenstine said in the press release. “Any Member of Congress should have the legal authority to visit a federal youth detention facility without waiting three weeks.”

* BRIDENSTINE SHOULD HAVE FORCED HIS WAY IN - CALLING THE SPEAKER IF NECESSARY... HAVING U.S. MARSHALS RESPOND IF NECESSARY!

Maricopa, Arizona County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says he wants to know why the immigrants he turns over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement keep coming back.

* BECAUSE AMERIKA 2014 IS A DICTATORSHIP UNDER BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA. (IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE.)

“I want an explanation and investigation as to why 3,800 of the people in my jails that are charged with state and local crimes are here illegally,” Arpaio told Newsmax TV. “We turn them over to ICE and they keep coming back over and over again.”

Arpaio stated that he has sent a letter to Homeland Security demanding an answer.

“How come they’re not deported, or if they are, why do they keep coming back across the border?” Arpaio questioned.

* BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT OBAMA WANTS!

More than 52,000 unaccompanied children have been detained after crossing the Texas-Mexico border since October in what President Barack Obama has called a humanitarian crisis.

* OF... HIS... OWN... DELIBERATE... MAKING...!!!

Many of the migrants are under the impression that they will receive leniency from U.S. authorities.

* AND HOW'D THEY GET UNDER THAT IMPRESSION...?!?!

* FOLKS... IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND OBAMA IS FOR MANY INTENTS AND PURPOSES A DICTATOR ACTING OUTSIDE THE LAW... THEN YOU'RE BLIND OR STUPID.

Arpaio puts the blame of the crisis on the border on Obama’s shoulders. “I predicted he’s doing this to invoke his executive order using this as a vehicle and also try to stimulate Congress to do something. That’s why he’s doing this,” Arpaio told Newsmax TV. “They do some stupid things at the White House, but I think this was calculated.”

* AS DO I.

Arpaio suggests the U.S. military work with Mexican authorities to stop illegal border crossings. “So why can’t we just put some resources like Border Patrol or military across the border and work with their army and their law enforcement and clean the mess up?” Arpaio said.

* YOU KNOW WHY, JOE; BECAUSE OBAMA AND THE MEXICAN AUTHORITIES ARE IN THIS TOGETHER! THIS IS THEIR JOINT PLAN! MEXICO GETS RID OF THEIR "PROBLEM" POPULATION WHILE OBAMA BRINGS IN FUTURE DEMOCRAT VOTERS!

On Monday, Obama asked Congress for more money and additional authority to deal with the surge of youths, mostly from Central America. Obama wants flexibility to speed the youths’ deportations and $2 billion to hire more immigration judges and open more detention facilities.

* AGAIN... FOLKS... INSULT TO INJURY. CREATE THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEN EXPAND GOVERNMENT TO "FIX" IT. (WHICH OF COURSE THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING!)

Ranchers along the Rio Grande say immigrant smugglers threaten them constantly.

* AMERICAN RANCHERS. OUR FELLOW CITIZENS!

One Cameron County rancher said smugglers ordered him to look the other way or face the consequences.

The landowner said smugglers are using trails on his property to bring illegal immigrants into the country.

The rancher said he fears for his safety.

* AND HE SHOULD! THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, THE DEMOCRATS WHO CONTROL THE SENATE, AND A FAIR AMOUNT OF REPUBLICANS IN THE CONGRESS CARE MORE ABOUT THE INTERESTS OF THE ILLEGALS THAN THE INTERESTS OF OUR OWN CITIZENS!

"You don't see anything; you don't talk to anybody," he said.

He said smugglers stop at nothing to get the immigrants across.

"They have no problem doing whatever it takes to protect them and their organization," he said.

Landowners said the trails are becoming increasingly valuable to smugglers because they are not patrolled as often as public lands.

* AND, FOLKS... PUBLIC LANDS AREN'T EXACTLY BEING PROTECTED EITHER! THE ADMINISTRATION HAS FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES SURRENDERED U.S. TERRITORY TO NO-MAN'S LAND STATUS! (PAST NEWSBITES HAVE FOCUSED ON THIS...)

More than 180,000 illegal immigrants have crossed into the Valley this year.

* THIS... YEAR... ALONE... (SO FAR!)

The landowner said he and his neighbors are feeling increasing pressure by smugglers to turn a blind eye to criminal activity.

"They basically come up to you and say, ‘we are going to give so much a day and we will drop it off and you do what you want with it," he said.

The man said he turns smugglers down.

"Once they get a hook in you, they got you," he said.

The man said his only protection is to keep law enforcement on his side.

Border Patrol officials said working with or taking money from smugglers is dangerous and against the law. Those caught cooperating with a smuggler may face federal charges.

* WHY... IS... OUR... NATIONAL... SOVEREIGNTY... NOT... BEING... PROTECT...?!?!

Barack Obama has asked Congress for $500 million to train and arm rebels of the Free Syrian Army who seek to overthrow the government.

Before Congress takes up his proposal, both houses should demand that Obama explain exactly where he gets the constitutional authority to plunge us into what the president himself calls “somebody else’s civil war.”

* GOOD... FRIGGIN'... QUESTION...!!!

Syria has not attacked us. Syria does not threaten us. Why are we joining a jihad to overthrow the Syrian government?

* AND IT LITERALLY IS A JIHAD!

President Bashar Assad is fighting against the al Qaida-linked al-Nusra Front and the even more extreme and vicious Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. In training and arming the FSA, we are enlisting in a cause where our foremost fighting allies are Islamists, like those who brought down the twin towers, and a Sunni terrorist army that seeks to bring down the government we left behind in Baghdad. What are we doing?

Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin says he wants no part of Obama’s new wars. Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine rightly asserts that President Obama has no authority to take us into war in Syria or Iraq. But where are the Republicans?

James Madison and his colleagues were seeking to ensure against a rogue presidency of the kind that Obama has lately begun to conduct.

It is astonishing that Republicans who threaten to impeach Obama for usurping authority at home remain silent as he prepares to usurp their war powers — to march us into Syria and back into Iraq. Absent an attack on U.S. citizens or vital interests, or an imminent threat of attack, Obama has no authority to initiate war. The Constitution places the power to authorize wars of choice exclusively with Congress.

Last August, Americans rose as one to tell Congress to deny Obama any authority to attack Syria. Are Republicans now prepared to sit mute as Obama takes us into two new Middle East wars "on his own authority?"

A congressional debate on war is essential not only from a legal and constitutional standpoint but also a strategic one. For there is a question as to whether we are even on the right side in Syria. Assad, no matter his sins, is the defender of the Christian and Shia minorities in Syria. He has been the most successful Arab ruler in waging war against the terrorist brigades of ISIS and al-Qaida. Why, then, are we training Syrians to attack his army and arming people to topple his government? Have we not before us, in Libya, an example of what happens when we bring down an autocrat like Gadhafi, and even worse devils are unleashed?

“The Caliphate Rises,” wails the Wall Street Journal. This weekend ISIS declared a caliphate, the Islamic State, over all lands in Syria and Iraq it now controls. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the ISIS war chief, has been declared the new caliph. But who midwifed and breast-fed the ISIS movement that has now proclaimed the new caliphate?

* TURKEY. SAUDI ARABIA.

Congress should block the $500 million for Obama’s wars and tell him his days as imperial president are over.
