HR 1473 - The Budget "Compromise"

Well, folks... they did it; 179 GOP House members along with 81 of their "honorable democratic colleagues" passed the Boehner-Obama-Reid "compromise" budget.

The "Nays"... 59 Republicans and 108 Democrats.

My own congresswoman - Dr. Nan Hayworth (R-NY-19) - voted with John Boehner.

Obviously I'm not pleased.

Allow me to post the vote tally:

If your member is listed above... same advice... call him or her.

I'll of course leave what to say up to you, but I respectfully suggest that you re-read my various "front page" postings and newsbites back through this past Friday.

Folks, I've given you the info, I've given you my analysis; to put it as kindly and gently as possible... Boehner and his those who voted with him have been and are continuing to be less than honest with you and the American People as a whole.

By the way... three GOP House members did not vote: Louie Gohmert, Michael McCaul, and Dave Reichert.
