Never-ending All-incompassing Propaganda
The link will take you to a story on "Homeland" and how they've gone full "Trump is a Fascist" with the current season's storyline.
Towards the end you'll read how "Homeland" is following in the footsteps of "Madam Secretary."
The author doesn't mention "NCIS New Orleans," but she should. The messaging there is just as anti-Trump, anti-"deplorable."
Last year ABC cancelled the highly rated "Last Man Standing". Of course regardless of the ratings I can't imagine "Blackish" being cancelled anytime soon.
Television "entertainment" is an endless propaganda reel. Anti-Trump. Anti-"deplorable." Nothing we can do about it. Late night "comedy" talk shows are all Left all the time. Daytime "entertainment" talk shows are all Left all the time.
Oh, well... it is what it is.

So Sad to Watch My Country Disappear
No one is reading this, and I really don't give a $hit. In fact, it's better this way. No arguing. No debating. No endless research to prove my points.
I hate people. I hate stupidity. I hate dishonesty. And so... we're back to "I hate people."
History repeats itself over and over again. People never learn.
Trump could have saved us. Instead... it looks like his detractors were right about him. He's a betrayer. No real guts. Won't lead. Has thrown his lot in with the Swamp he promised to drain.
Remember "Lock Her Up!" Yeah. Then remember as soon as he was actually elected... before he was even sworn in... how he started to walk that backwards.
How's that "Wall" doing? Is Mexico paying for it?
I never expected fiscal conservatism from Trump. As always, I'm honest with you, and I'm honest with myself. Trump never ran as a fiscal deficit hawk per se. We always knew he had these dreams of gifting his daughter with expanded government and throwing debt at "infrastructure" projects. But we thought he'd also put brakes on the waste, the pork, the socialism. We were wrong.
Trump ran on a Buchanan-like foreign policy. Trump presides over a neocon foreign policy.
Trump picked Michael Flynn; he wound up with H.R. McMaster. Bannon is gone. Gorka is gone. As for what advice John Kelly gives Trump... no one really knows. Hell... I don't even trust Mattis.
Trump talks down the dollar...
(*SIGH*)
Anyway... I can go on and on. No real point, though. It is what it is. Trump was America's last hope and he's a fraud.

I Hate Trump
EXCERPTING:
If the White House drew a line in the sand and told Congress it would block any spending above the caps, lawmakers would have been forced to prioritize. But since Trump doesn’t seem to have any interest in fiscal restraint, we’re getting a repeat of the profligate Bush years – with congressional Republicans figuring they may as well take part in the feeding frenzy.
I’ll make a prediction right now (and I’ll even make a wager with any interested parties) that inflation-adjusted domestic spending will climb faster under Trump than it did under Obama.

I Wish Trump Weren't a Backstabber... But He Is
EXCERPTING:
Democrats are “winning the narrative” and “winning their
priorities” in Capitol Hill spending deals despite congressional GOP majorities
and a Republican president, said Tom Van Flein, current chief of staff for Rep.
Paul Gosar (R-AZ), on Friday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight
with host Rebecca Mansour.
* This is what I was talking about on Facebook the other
day.
Van Flein, who served as Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s
attorney before coming to Congress with Gosar in the 2010 Tea Party electoral
victory, offered a grassroots conservative’s behind-the-scenes look at the
dysfunctional congressional budget process.
Democrats’ political victories include the prioritization
of a broad bipartisan push for amnesty despite Republican majorities in both
the House and Senate, said Van Flein.
* Yep.
“Right now, for whatever reason, even though Republicans
control the House, the Senate, and the presidency, we’ve been dealing with
Democratic priorities,” said Van Flein.
* "We" control nothing. We KNEW "we"
didn't control Congress, so "we" elected Trump. Now "we"
find out that Trump can't be trusted. It really is that simple.
(*SHRUG*)
“So Democrats got a lot their spending priorities passed.
… We are losing even though we’re supposedly running the show. We’re talking
about immigration amnesty, not building a wall, not border security; that means
they’re winning the narrative and they’re winning their priorities.”
* And come November they'll win at least one - probably
both branches of - Congress. But that's the RINO plan. Take a dive. So poison
the well that enough Republican voters will simple opt out of voting in
November and then the Democrats will win control of the House and Senate from
which they can at the very least stop the Trump Train in its tracks and (from
their perspective) hopefully force Trump from office.
* Again... this is RYAN'S plan... MCCONNELL'S plan... and
from their perspective... a damn good one.
* WHY TRUMP IS LETTING THE PLAN PROCEED... why Trump is
basically boosting his RINO enemies... it's beyond my comprehension.
Van Flein explained how Congress’s repeated reliance on
continuing resolution-style spending bills has reinforced the political
priorities of Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) and the Democrat Party, despite
Republican majorities in both chambers of Congress and a Republican president.
* "Republican" majorities. From Ryan and
McConnell's perspective... with TRUMP in the White House... to be the majority
is to be boxed in! Again... they WANT to lose the House and Senate! And
again... what TRUMP is thinking... is beyond me.
“We’ve been really running, when you do these continuing
resolutions, Nancy Pelosi’s priorities since 2006,” said Van Flein. “They’ve
just increased the amounts, but the priorities pretty much remain the same;
that’s how a continuing resolution works.”
Representatives and senators could not have sufficiently
considered Friday’s 652-page spending bill prior its passage, said Van Flein,
pointing to the 18-hour window allotted for its review.
“The Senate passed this bill at 1:30 in the morning,”
said Van Flein. “It is 650 pages long. It passes it at 1:30 in the morning. The
House then gets it, has a couple of preliminary and procedural votes and the
rules committee has to take look at it and pass it through, and at 5:30 AM –
nobody is up to any good at 5:30 a.m. unless you’re getting up to work out —
and they pass this ‘budget,’ they call it a ‘budget,’ it really is not a
budget, it’s just a spending bill, a continuing resolution - and a budget 'agreement'
- and they pass it at 5:30 a.m. I’m going to challenge anyone who thinks that
the Congress is doing its best work in the wee hours of the morning when you
have septuagenarians and octogenarians up at that hour. Is anyone really
understanding what they’re voting on and what is going on? Has anybody really
had the time to study this? There we no hearings, there was no testimony. No
amendments were allowed. That’s what Rand Paul was mini-filibustering about was
the fact that he wanted the chance to talk about this and maybe get some
amendments in … but it takes time to do that, and they wanted to rush this
because they didn’t want another shutdown.”
Assorted Republicans disingenuously posture as fiscal
conservatives, said Van Flein.
“It is a monstrosity of a spending increase,” said Van
Flein. “It’s hard to believe that Congress is controlled by supposedly fiscal
conservatives when it just added approximately $300 billion in increased
spending. We now have a federal debt of $20.5 trillion dollars, and supposedly,
every time I see election season come around, the same Republicans that voted
for this are out saying, ‘We need to shrink the size of the federal government.
We need to reduce spending. Send me to Congress and I’ll fight for you.’ They
come back here, and look what’s going on.”
“Dependence on Democrat support for passage of the continuing
resolution in the House should worry conservatives, said Van Flein.
“There were a bunch of Republicans who voted ‘no,'” said
Van Flein. “This bill would not have passed without the Democrats. It took
Democrats to pass this. Whenever leadership is relying on Democrats to pass a
bill, you’re going to have many bad things in it, because they’re going to want
their priorities.”
The bill passed the House with a vote of 240 to 186, with
5 abstentions. Of the 240 ‘aye’ votes, 167 were Republicans and 73 were
Democrats. Of the 186 ‘no’ votes, 67 were Republicans and 119 were Democrats.
Gosar voted against the spending bill.
Politicians are misrepresenting funds as allocated for
“disaster relief,” said Van Flein, funding the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) four times what the agency requested.
“They’re throwing money at all sorts of things, and
they’re calling it ‘disaster relief,’ even though FEMA said they only needed
$40 billion, they’re gonna throw $160 billion at it,” said Van Flein. “If FEMA
says it’s far more than what was necessary, then I don’t know what it’s really
going to go to. When it’s more than what the people in charge of the project
tell you they need, then you need to ask yourself, ‘What’s really going on?
Who’s really going to get that money? Why are we spending more than we need?’
That is almost the quintessential definition of wastefulness."
Van Flein echoed Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA) description of the
continuing resolution; the latter referring to it as “Christmas tree on steroids.”
“The question is, why don’t you listen to the agency
that’s responsible for assessing the damage and for getting the repairs going?”
asked Van Flein. “That’s how you know this is really just a Christmas tree at
this point where people are hanging on all sorts of goodies under the guise and
pretext of disaster relief. It’s obviously not disaster relief if it’s more than FEMA says is necessary.”
Friday’s passed continuing resolution is “wasteful” and a
“black eye for Republicans,” said Van Flein: “As Republicans or conservatives,
we’re not supposed to be wasteful with tax money. Unfortunately, that is
exactly what happened, last night. This is a very wasteful spending program,
and it’s a black eye on the Republicans for having this pass on their watch.
This is not hat they were elected to do and this is not why the taxpayers sent
them back to Congress.”
Any Wonder I Need a Break from Facebook?
EXCERPTING:
Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) joined Breitbart News Saturday SiriusXM hosts Matt Boyle and Amanda House to discuss DACA, amnesty, and the pending budget deal.
Brooks called the proposed budget bill “The worst bill that has been voted on on the House floor since I’ve been in the United States Congress.” He also said it would put the country on a certain path to “insolvency and bankruptcy,” saying it would do “great damage to Americans” across the board.
He also expressed serious concern that the White House is prepared to cave on the debt issue.
Brooks faulted so-called “debt junkies” in Congress all too happy to spend money to get re-elected while “spending away America’s future.”
He also said the same “debt junkies tend to be the same ones who think with their hearts and not with their heads and want to give amnesty to illegal aliens even though it means we are becoming the world’s orphanage and we don’t have money to be the world’s orphanage.”
Brooks said he foresees both amnesty and a bad debt deal coming in the days ahead.

I Hate the GOP So Much... And Trump Too!
EXCERPTING:
Tea party Republicans arrived in Washington seven years ago with a clear, loud message from angry voters: Slash spending. But once again, spending is going way up.
“Part of our job right now (is) that we keep pounding that Republicans still stand for fiscal responsibility,” said Rep. Mark Walker, R-N.C., who chairs the House Republican Study Committee, a coalition of conservatives.
* THAT'S A LIE. McClatchy is LYING to you. The Republican Study Committee hasn't been a coalition of conservatives for... ages. The "committee" was co-opted by the GOP Leadership years ago.
* Folks... it's SO easy to manipulate the ignorant. Either you know that what I'm telling you is true... or you didn't know BUT DO BELIEVE ME now that I'm telling you... but for the average person just READING this crap without ME to correct the record... they're already basing their reactions on a false premise.
* As to the spending... THAT is true. It's WAY up. Thanks to Trump. Trump sucks. He's NOT a leader. He's thrown his lot in with Ryan and McConnell and that's that.
The [REPUBLICAN] bill could add as much as $320 billion to the debt over the next 10 years, according to the Congressional Budget Office, and push the fiscal 2019 deficit past $1.2 trillion, according to the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, a research group. The [REPUBLICAN] deal included about $100 billion in offsets, not enough to assuage many conservatives.
It was one of the biggest deficit-busters since the 2009 economic stimulus plan that spent nearly $800 billion as the nation reeled from the Great Recession of 2007-09. Since then, other budget bills have been approved by familiar Republican-Democrat coalitions, with tea party loyalists usually opposed.
What stings this time is that for the first time since 2007, Republicans have controlled the House, Senate and White House for the past year.
* Trump betrayed us.
* America is done.

F--k Israel Too
I'm actually glad that their F-16 was shot down... though of course WE paid for it and WE'LL pay to replace it.
(*SIGH*)
We're the bad guys in Syria - and by "we're" I'm talking us and Israel.
The BEST thing we could do would be to SUPPORT Russia's efforts to stabilize the Assad regime and SUPPORT Russian efforts to restore secular government and destroy Islamist power... but we're too f--king stupid to do the right thing - I suppose doing the right thing wouldn't profit the military-industrial complex.
(*PURSED LIPS*)
You folks DO understand that under Obama we were SUPPORTING the terrorists... right? And sadly... under TRUMP... we've mainly continued to support the bad guys.
By what RIGHT does Israel bomb Syria? By what RIGHT do WE bomb Syria?
By and large the American People are stupid, lazy, ignorant scum willing to "allow" their government to kill and destroy around the world at will. If terrorism comes to America's shores in a big way... we'll "deserve" it in the sense that what goes around comes around.
GOD HELP ME FOR HAVING TO WRITE THIS... but it's the truth.
Our bombs and bullets... our missiles... whether we're using them ourselves or whether they're being used by proxy... we're responsible for deaths, maiming, and destruction on a vast scale.
God forgive me for having supported that fool George W. Bush back in 2003. I knew not what I was doing.
I'm SO often ASHAMED of my country and my countrymen...

How'bout This? F--K Korea!
I hate Korea.
Yeah. I'm talking SOUTH Korea.
Ungrateful bastards.
JAPAN is our ally. JAPAN is our friend. The Koreans... let 'em kill each other.
NORTH Korea is a threat to US. I don't really care about their threat to SOUTH Korea. That's South Korea's problem. I just care about US... and our true friends and allies - including Japan.
I say end this sham "alliance" with South Korea and tell China that the two Koreas are now THEIR problem. (Hey... they're Russia's problem too; see... A MAP!)
Of course that also makes them JAPAN'S problem... but... ya know what... I can live with that.
Here's MY goal - and it's been the same goal for years and years: Disarm North Korea. Render North Korea harmless.
(*SHRUG*)
THAT'S my bottom line.
If the North Korean zombies can be turned back into people... all the better... but ultimately the humanitarian goal is secondary to the national security goal.
To recap: Let China topple the Kim regime and put a sane puppet regime in place. China can physically occupy the who damn country for all I care. NOT our problem! Let South Korea deal with "China's" North Korea. All I want to see is the threat of the Kim regime taken off the board.

Back to My Roots
Well, folks... I'm taking a break from Facebook.
Frankly... I just don't want to deal with... people.
Actually... make that "sheeple." Morons. Cultists. Idiots who refuse to acknowledge that Trump has betrayed us.
What am I babbling about...??? Well... that's the Catch-22 which has led me back to Usually Right! In order to understand why I'm back HERE... you need to go to my Facebook page and review... um... the last week's (or so) worth of posts and commentary.
Right now I'm SO pissed at Trump that I can't trust myself to "interact" with people on the matter. I found myself just... lashing out... so I'm "benching" myself for the time being so as to not alienate more people than absolutely necessary.
(*WINK*)
Anyway...
