not only "out" him, but because such thinking is rampant throughout a
sixth column of our fellow citizens - including far too many who act as governmental representatives for their fellow citizens - who
share Rivera's disdain for our (late?) Republic's Constitutional Rule of Law.

MAJORITY CERTAIN POWERS. NO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT HAS SINCE BEEN PASSED
CHANGING THIS.

CONSTITUTION! THAT'S HOW OUR REPUBLIC WAS DESIGNED TO WORK - VIA SEPARATION OF
POWERS AND ADHERENCE TO THE RULE OF LAW!

They've been busy falsely blaming Latino immigrants for
everything from ISIS to Ebola. They would blame them for climate change if they

Remember when Newt Gingrich had the temerity to suggest
that an elderly immigrant, the "abuela" who had been here 20-25 years
could maybe, possibly, get a reprieve from deportation? He got run out of the
2012 GOP primaries for being "weak" on immigration.
* SO WHAT...??? WHAT'S THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE CONSTITUTION
AND THE RULE OF LAW...?!?!
Even supposedly strong, independent thinkers like Sen.
John McCain and Marco Rubio have punked out in the face of the Tea Party's
immigration intransigence.

Rep. Brooks told me this week that he wanted to deport
all 11 million undocumented.
* SO...??? HE'S NOT ENTITLED TO HIS OPINION? (BUT

Can you picture that scene? Hardworking parents who have
been here for years, with American citizen children, being herded onto to buses
and trains to be transported somewhere, dumped anywhere but here? Haven’t we
seen this horror movie before? Is that who we are as a nation?
* JAPANESE INTERNMENT...??? THAT WAS FDR AND THE
DEMOCRATS! BUT WHAT'S ANY OF THIS HAVE TO DO WITH HOW LAWS MUST BE ENACTED - THE
PROCESS - IN ORDER TO PASS CONSTITUTIONAL MUSTER?
President Obama has the constitutional authority to order
those working for him to lay off the law-abiding.
