* ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8, OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED
STATES CLEARLY DELEGATES TO CONGRESS THE SOLE POWER TO:
* TO REGULATE COMMERCE WITH FOREIGN NATIONS...
* TO ESTABLISH AN UNIFORM RULE OF NATURALIZATION...
* FOLKS... AGAIN... OUR CONSTITUTION... THE RULE
OF LAW... IS BEING TRASHED.
