Ya know those Groupon deals...? Well... Kimmy loves 'em! So far this year she sent Mary a mixed case of wine (not a clunker in the bunch!) for her birthday and Mothers' Day combined and as for my Big 5-0... I received four Groupon certificates over the course of my past birthday month - one of which was for dinner for two at MK Valencia!

On Friday evening, over 20 people collapsed at a campaign event for President Obama in Roanoke, Virginia, Joel Gehrke reported at the Washington Examiner.
According to CBS News White House correspondent Mark Knoller, Obama told supporters there were "paralegals" available to help those who felt weak from the heat.
"Catching his mistake," Knoller tweeted, Obama corrected himself and told the crowd, "you don't need lawyers."

Two more teens have been charged in the beating death of a 62-year-old disabled man that Chicago police said was recorded on a cell phone and posted to Facebook.

...punched Delfino Mora, father to 12 children and a grandfather to 23, last Tuesday in an alley in the 6300 block of North Artesian. Mora's devastated family told NBC Chicago that Mora was on his regular route of collecting cans that he sells for cash when the teens confronted him.
Nicholas Ayala, 17, of the 6300 block of North Talman and Anthony Malcolm, 18, of the 5500 block of North Broadway were both charged with first-degree murder and robbery.
Malik Jones, 16, the Latin Kings member accused of striking Mora, was charged with first-degree murder and ordered held without bail Sunday by Judge Adam Bourgeois.
Police said Jones handed his friends his cell phone to start filming then demanded money from Mora and punched him in the jaw.
Ayala and Malcolm are accused of taking turns filming the video which allegedly showed Mora's head smashing into the concrete.
Mora was found unconscious and died one day later.

Police said the video was posted to Jones' Facebook page. He was arrested after police found out about the video.
Jones was charged as an adult and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Monday. Ayala and Malcolm are expected to appear Monday in bond court.
The attack marks the third time in the past year a Chicago attack has been filmed and the video has led to an arrest.

A new report just out from the Internal Revenue Service reveals that 36 of President Obama's executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes.

Nearly one-third of Obama's aides make more than $100,000 with 21 being paid the top White House salary of $172,200, each.
Previous reports have shown how well-paid Obama's White House staff is, with 457 aides pulling down more than $37 million last year. That's up seven workers and nearly $4 million from the Bush administration's last year.

The IRS' 2010 delinquent tax revelations come as part of a required annual agency report on federal employees' tax compliance. Turns out, an awful lot of folks being paid by taxpayers are not paying their own income taxes. The report finds that thousands of federal employees owe the country more than $3.4 billion in back taxes. That's up 3% in the past year.

The Treasury Department, where Obama nominee Tim Geithner had to pay up $42,000 in his own back taxes before being confirmed as secretary, has 1,181 other employees with delinquent taxes totaling $9.3 million.

The country's chief law enforcement agency, the Department of Justice, has 2,069 employees who are nearly $17 million behind in taxes.

As with ordinary people, the IRS attempts to negotiate back-tax payment plans with all delinquents, whose names cannot be released. But according to current federal law, the only federal employees who can be fired for not paying taxes are IRS workers.
